Fatigue tests and accelerated tests to determine the useful life of mechanical components. (Approved by the Department/Scientific Council in 1974).   3.   Materials Tests. Study of super leagues. Study of surface coatings to protect against oxidation in metallic material. Destructive and non-destructive tests, metallography and chemistry aiming to prepare reports and technical reports. (Approved by the Department/Scientific Council in 1986).
