New organization of spaces on campus

Students and other visitors to UPA 2025 have a new feature to facilitate their movement within the University. The campus will be divided into four large, color-coded areas. Areas where exact and technological sciences courses are concentrated are colored blue; areas where the humanities and arts courses are offered are colored red; biological sciences are colored yellow; and medical sciences are colored green. During the event, these areas will be marked with banners. banners and other visual resources to facilitate identification. Location maps will also be installed at various points throughout the campus.

Another resource to optimize the experience is the UPA app, available for download on the Play Store for Android users and the App Store for iOS users. These tents will be located near the FCM, in the parking lot of the Cesar Lattes Central Library (BCCL), in front of the Ciclo Básico II building (next to the RU), and near the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (Feec).

Loading and unloading

There will be two pick-up and drop-off points for visitors. Some schools will enter the campus through Entrance 2, on Dr. Romeu Tórtima Avenue. These students will drop off at Albert Einstein Avenue, and their vehicles will then park in the Unicamp Technology Center area. Another group of schools will access the campus through Entrance 6, on Guilherme de Almeida Avenue. In this case, students will drop off at Roxo Moreira, Seis de Agosto, and Cândido Portinari Streets. Parking for these vehicles will be concentrated at PUC Campinas. Educational institutions have been informed via email about which entrance they should use.

At the end of the event, students will be picked up at the same locations as drop-off. The teachers responsible for communicating with drivers to indicate pick-up locations will be the responsibility of the school's teachers during the visit. Campus streets will be signposted, and our monitors will be present to guide drivers. UPA 2025's traffic planning is supported by the Campinas Municipal Development Company (EMDEC).
