Unicamp extends registration deadline for the 2026 Entrance Exam until September 8th

Students can register online, on the Comvest website, until 17 p.m.

The Permanent Commission for Unicamp Entrance Exams (Comvest) will extend registration for the Unicamp 2026 Entrance Exam until September 08th (at 17 pm), exclusively online, using the form available at electronic page From Comvest. Of the 3.368 regular openings for admission to the University in 2026, the Unicamp Entrance Exam offers 2.520 openings, distributed across 69 course options. The application fee is R$221,00 and must be paid by September 8th. Students can choose up to two courses, as long as they are in the same field. The 2026 Entrance Exam Handbook is available for consultation on the Comvest website, with information on the application process, exams, and other stages. The main new features of the 2026 Unicamp Entrance Exam are: a reduction in the number of questions in the second phase and the elimination of the Specific Skills test for the Architecture and Urban Planning program.

The first phase of the 2026 Unicamp Entrance Exam will be held on October 26, 2025, and the second phase will take place on November 30 and December 1, 2025. Both phases will continue to be held in the morning, starting at 9:15 a.m., as was the case last year. Before the first phase, there will be Specific Skills tests for Music program applicants (with online video submissions, between September 30 and 3). New Arrivals

There are two new features for this year's edition. The first is the change in the second-phase exams, with two questions reduced on the second day of this stage, when the specific tests for the chosen course area are administered. Thus, the second day of exams will have 18 questions instead of 20. The goal, according to the Commission's leadership, is to make the exam less exhaustive, considering the reading requirements of the questions.

In addition to the questions above, all candidates also answer, on the second day of the second phase, two interdisciplinary questions on Human Sciences and questions on Mathematics (four in the case of Humanities and Biological Sciences candidates and six in the case of Exact Sciences candidates).

Another new development announced by Comvest is that, for the first time in the Unicamp Entrance Exam, the Architecture and Urban Planning program has opted to waive the specific skills tests, which are administered after the second phase of the entrance exam. Therefore, these candidates will only take the first and second phase exams.

Enem-Unicamp automatic registration

Comvest informs that it is The possibility of early registration, using the Entrance Exam form, for candidates from public schools, in the ENEM-UNICAMP modality, is maintained. Thus, when registering for the 2026 Entrance Exam, candidates from public schools who opted for PAAIS (a bonus score program aimed at public school students) and/or ethnic-racial quotas will already be automatically registered for free in the ENEM-UNICAMP 2026 modality, with no need to re-register in November.

The "trainee" program, implemented last year by Comvest and aimed at students who have not yet completed high school, is maintained in this edition. Previously, candidates in this profile could choose to take the Unicamp Entrance Exam by choosing any available course. Now, they must select one of three options: Humanities/Arts Trainees, Exact/Technological Sciences Trainees, or Biological/Health Sciences Trainees. Trainee candidates will have their rankings announced and will receive a certificate of participation. Important: Students in this profile do not participate in the Specific Skills Tests and are not invited to enroll.

The tests are held in the following 31 cities in the state of São Paulo, as well as in six Brazilian capitals: Americana, Araçatuba, Barueri, Bauru, Belo Horizonte, Botucatu, Bragança Paulista, Brasilia, Campinas, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Franca, Guarulhos, Indaiatuba, Jundiaí, Limeira, Lorena, Marília, Mogi das Cruzes, Mogi Guaçu, Osasco, Piracicaba, Presidente Prudente, Recife, Ribeirão Preto, Salvador, Santo André, Santos, São Bernardo do Campo, São Carlos, São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo, Sorocaba, Sumaré and Valinhos.

fee exemption

This year, 9.404 candidates were granted exemption from the registration fee, which will apply to both the Unicamp 2026 Entrance Exam and the Enem-Unicamp 2026 modality. Successful candidates must access a specific form and use the exemption code to register without generating a fee payment slip.
