In the architecture item called customize, the administrator or project coordinator is offered full customization facilities for the advertising website's interface.
Set content editors with permission to change information for projects they are linked to.
Document web page such as the page title, page header, owner, site description and keywords used by search engines to make the site's pages easier to find.

Organization
In the architecture item called Organization – Format the publication of the organization’s institutional content. Contents such as: objectives, work proposal, infrastructure, organizational structure, location, etc.

Members
The architecture item called Members is intended to publish personal and academic information about members of the laboratory/department who participate or not in research projects.
- Actions defining the profiles of members participating in the laboratory and a research project, consulting, including, changing and deleting events.
Projects
The architecture item called Projects is intended for publishing research project content. The information for each project can only be updated by content editor users who participate in it as members.
- Actions consult, include, change events project contents such as: project logo, title, summary, dates, full text, email and keywords and exclude from the record and its attached documents. Attach documents related to the project in the following formats: HTML (template provided), DOC, PDF, PS, etc. Attach the members who participate in the project. Attach publications related to the project. Attach the project financing entities.
Publications
The architecture item called Publications is intended to publish content from scientific works published in magazines, scientific works published in congresses, theses, patents, international and national communications, articles, editorials and interviews.
- Actions definition of categories for the genres of publications produced by the institution, consult, include, change and exclude events consisting of: title, author, summary, category, bibliographic reference in BibTex format, full text file, place and date of publication;
References
The architecture item called references is intended to document bibliographic references in the standard used by BibTeX, which can be used in the generation of technical-scientific documents using LáTeX. References are stored in databases and downloadable text files (.bib extension). In future versions, other output formats will be supported, such as ABTN, ISO, etc.
- Actions are: definition of categories of bibliographic references, see the suggestion (e.g.: classification by research themes), consult, include, change and exclude events composed of: information such as reference type, subject category and fields in the pattern BibTex;
Newsletters
The architecture item called Informatives is intended to publish:

News – Announce/disclose scientific news and/or news related to the department/laboratory theme. Allows you to publish information such as title, source, date, summary of the news. In "customize>>home screen" you can choose to publish the call with a link to the news.
Conferences – Announce/publicize seminars, conferences that are in line with the themes of the department/laboratory. Allows you to publish information such as title, event URL link, deadline dates, notification dates, final version dates, event date. In "customize>>home screen" you can choose to publish the call with a link to the conference/seminar.
Speeches - Announce/publicize lectures and conferences related to the activities of the department/laboratory. Allows you to publish information such as title, speaker, date, time and location of the event. In "customize>>home screen" you can choose to publish the call with a link to the lecture.
Links – Publish qualified information on website links related to the department/laboratory topic. Allows you to publish information such as site name, URL, category and a brief description.
Agenda - Publish information related to the activity agendas of the department/laboratory projects such as date, title and description (meeting agenda, reminder, etc.).
Financing entities/partnerships – Information about funding entities and partnerships for research projects. Allows you to publish information such as entity name, website URL and description.
