1. The system will refuse to include a Bibliographic Production of the Article type if a production of the same type, title, date (month/year), researcher, periodical, volume and home page is already registered in SIPEX

2. When registering a journal, you must do a search to check if it is already registered. If not, registration can be done right away. If you already have one, you can make adjustments to the available information. The registration of periodicals is a common registration and the responsibility for the information of each periodical lies with all users of the system.
The type of journal here must be specialized.

3. It is mandatory to inform the participants (authors) of the bibliographic production.

4. It is only allowed to include an article of the Abstract type in a specialized journal.
