Requests for publicizing events from Unicamp units and bodies must be made via electronic form https://www.unicamp.br/unicamp/agenda/divulgue-na-agenda, at least ten days in advance.

The form does not receive attached files. If you want to send a file or other additional information, use the email helio@unicamp.br.
Images
The images that illustrate the text (photos or posters) are very important for publicity. They must be sent by email, in JPG format, with 150 DPIs and up to 300KB, proportional to the following dimensions:
- Cover photo 480 pixels wide by 300 pixels high;
- Internal photo 1060 pixels wide and variable height.
What can be disclosed
Lives, webinars, symposiums, seminars, courses, virtual ceremonies, workshops, conferences, lectures, exhibitions, master classes, soirees, forums, book launches and events of interest to the community.
Who can request disclosure
Responsible for the events area of the units, students, teachers and employees of Faculties, Institutes, Centers and Interdisciplinary Research Centers, at the Unicamp Campuses in Campinas, Limeira and Piracicaba.
External events
Events external to Unicamp (Fapesp, Brazilian Academy of Sciences, Unesp, etc.) can be publicized as long as the involvement of teachers, staff, students and alumni is evident, and that they are of interest to the community.

Subscription to the schedule
Unicamp's programming can be received free of charge, via email, by any interested party, upon subscription. The service, offered by the Executive Secretariat for Communication (SEC), provides information about events and other activities that take place on Unicamp campuses daily. To subscribe, go to:
