Summary

Have you ever thought about having a robot that performs agricultural tasks such as sowing, fertilizing and irrigating the land automatically, without the need for human action? What seemed like an almost impossible activity or something from fictional films is starting to become reality. Researchers and students from Feagri (Faculty of Agricultural Engineering) at Unicamp (Universidade Estadual de Campinas) developed a robot that has the ability to carry out all these activities autonomously, with efficiency and quality never imagined for a machine, without the help of man.
