Researcher Helena Andery, from Unicamp, argues that the investment in students who wish to graduate from a private college could be made through a voucher. “This voucher would help the student pay for their monthly fees, and could establish more rigorous criteria for both quality and attendance, instead of passing the money directly to educational institutions”, says Andery.
