Compounds extracted from soursop have potential insecticidal and antitumor action

The study was supervised by professor Flávio Luís Schmidt, from the Department of Food Technology at FEA-Unicamp. According to him, any feasibility of applying these components must go through an extraction process that allows for larger-scale production and commercialization.
