Named Drone Control, the system was developed by Maurício Martins Donatti, a postgraduate student at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), under the guidance of professor Leandro Tiago Manera. Donatti is a research fellow at the company Neger Telecom, a small technology-based company also in Campinas (SP).
