Summary

“When drying the tent, the steam generated is hot. This creates a buoyancy force greater than the weight of the tent, which causes it to fly away. As it cools while in the air, this buoyancy force decreases and the tent begins to lose altitude”, says professor Kamal Ismail, from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Unicamp.
