In the technology sector it is difficult to fill vacancies

Systems analyst Diego Conti Santeri Tonini says he was in his own business when he decided to look for an opportunity as an employee in the job market. “I continued working at the company, but I looked for a new opportunity in the formal market. I found a new position very quickly. Around the same time I was hired at Matera (Systems), I received four other job offers,” he says. He notes that the technology sector's scenario is different from most economic segments in the country. “There are many job opportunities in my area. 2017 was a very hot year,” he says. Tonini graduated in 2015 in systems analysis at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp).
