Summary

Start of the year. With it, new goals, dreams and promises. Among the goals that are almost always there, spend less and learn to save. Today, it appears not only in adults' diaries, but gains personality with colored pencils and decorated notebooks in the children's world. Research carried out by the Institute of Economics of the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), in partnership with the Axxus Institute and the Brazilian Association of Financial Educators (Abefin), last year, revealed that, among the 750 parents or guardians interviewed, 93% of them never learned, at home or at school, how to manage their own money.
