Unicamp has the first trans doctor to use a social name

Amara Moira is the first transvestite to use her social name in defense of a doctorate in Unicamp and sees the achievement as a milestone against prejudice. Approved with the thesis “The indetermination of meanings in James Joyce's Ulysses”, she states that recognition is greater due to the meaning it carries.
