New curriculum base intensifies debate

According to Antônio Carlos Rodrigues de Amorim, 49 years old, professor at the Faculty of Education at the State University of Campinas since 1997 (Unicamp), reviewing the curriculum base is a long-standing need. But the topic cannot be debated in a haphazard manner, at the risk of subjecting students to the demands of a society that imposes competition and prevents them from reflecting.
