Summary
This research, carried out in Unicamp, compares the representations of hell in “The Divine Comedy”, a poem by Dante Alighieri, and in the feature film “Blade Runner”, directed by Ridley Scott. It also discusses the updating of the image of hell throughout history, which goes from a threatening possibility after death to a place related to the disasters of everyday life.
