Sampa's production, with the exception of the participation of a Norwegian scientist, is entirely Brazilian. It lasted five years and was led by researchers from the Institute of Physics and the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), with the participation of researchers from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp) and was financed with resources from the São Paulo State Research Support Foundation (Fapesp).
