The novel is already mandatory reading in at least two courses at Brazilian universities: “Tópicos especiales em prosa IH”, at the University of Campinas (Unicamp), and “Dictatorship, diaspora and exile”, at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He has also been cited in two recent publications: “Arquivos da dictatoração” (Eduerj), by Euridice Figueiredo (Universidade Federal Fluminense / UFF), and “Crônicas do coup” (Record), by Felipe Pena.
