There is no definitive number on how many homeless movements there are in Brazil. A study of the Unicamp estimated to be more than a hundred. And, if everyone's motivations are different, the core of the issue is the same: does it make sense to have unused properties in urban spaces? No. It doesn't. Even so, the city of São Paulo has 2 million square meters unused, many of them in central regions, with water, electricity, sewage, subway, free schools, squares.
