Summary
An article published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, authored by a group of Brazilian researchers, with the participation of teachers and researchers from the São Carlos Physics Institute (IFSC/USP), UNICAMP and the USP Faculty of Pharmacy, indicates the discovery of derivatives of marine natural products with activity against malaria. The work received financial support from FAPESP, CNPq and Instituto Serrapilheira.
