Unicamp researchers produce optical fiber using 3D printing

The production of special optical fibers by three-dimensional (3D) printing is a process investigated for two years at the Special Fibers Laboratory (LaFE), of the Gleb Wataghin Institute of Physics (IFGW) of Unicamp. New research results have just been published in two articles, in Scientific Reports and in the journal Fibers.
