Hilda Hilst: 7 essential facts to know the author

A survey carried out by Cristiano Diniz, available in the book Fortuna Crítica by Hilda Hilst (IEL/Unicamp), shows that, until 2001, academic references to Hilst's work were no more than two per year. From 2002 onwards, however, the scenario changed and, since 2008, an average of 14 theses have been produced per year about the author.
