Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, students from Unicamp's Medicine and Nursing courses have been answering the population's questions over the phone (19) 3521-9130. There are 156 students who work in groups of 30 members, daily, from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 20 pm. To facilitate access, they also created a page on the Unicamp Faculty of Medical Sciences (FCM) website with redirection to Facebook and Instagram.

So far, students have provided almost 600 consultations. Around 93% of the calls are from the State of São Paulo and the majority are women (63,8%) with completed higher education. Of this total, 65% are from Campinas and 47% with mild Covid-19.
