This Bulletin seeks to discuss Brazilian industrial fragility through products that had import tariffs zeroed to help combat the pandemic. For this, international trade data, the innovation rate of Brazilian companies and the value of industrial transformation in the years 2008, 2011, 2014 and 2017 were used.
