Unicamp celebrates, from the 13th to the 18th of February, with various activities, the centenary of the 1922 Modern Art Week. Entitled "The Rastro dos Rastros Week of 2022", the event's program will feature several contemporary manifestations that revisit fragments of the modernist movement and that reaffirm (and/or update) concepts created at the time.
The official opening ceremony was broadcast courses last Sunday (13). It had the participation of Antonio José de Almeida Meirelles, rector of Unicamp; by Maria Luiza Moretti, Unicamp's general coordinator, and by the university's Pro-Rectors.
During the event, the first commemorative stamp alluding to the centenary of the 22nd Modern Art Week will be launched.
