Robert Roman da Silva is a retired professor at the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences (IFCH) at Unicamp. Author of several books, including “Brazil, Church against State” (Editora Kayrós, 1979), “Romantic Conservatism” (Editora da Unesp), “Silêncio e Ruído, a satira e Denis Diderot” (Editora da Unicamp), “Razão of State and other states of reason” (Editora Perspectiva).
