Obstetrician Hugo Sabatino, a collaborating professor at the Faculty of Nursing (FENf) at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), received two distinctions in November in recognition of the scientific and academic work he carried out in his long career at this University. Both were delivered within the context of the VIII Latin American Congress of Perinatal Medicine, held in Guayaquil, Ecuador, from November 16th to 19th.
One distinction was given by the organization of the event and another by the mayor of Santiago de Guayaquil Jaime Nebot Saadi. The government of Guayaquil has sought to distinguish and support international relations and recognize the cultural, academic and scientific merits that have been used for the benefit of humanity.
