In the first month of 2017, Unicamp's Faculty of Medical Sciences (FCM) celebrates #GoldenJaneiro, a campaign proposed by the Sociedade Paulista de Medicina Desportiva (SPAMDE), with the aim of encouraging the practice of physical exercise in a guided manner.

For those who want to get that end-of-year promise of carrying out regular physical activity off the ground, we have clarified some frequently asked questions about the topic, with the professor of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at FCM, Sérgio Rocha Piedade, who also coordinates the Group of Exercise and Sports Medicine, at the unit.
