Technical-administrative and teaching staff
The Consultation Organizing Committee published on February 20th the final voting lists for civil servants and teachers. The lists were sent electronically to the heads of the Units/Age, who must provide wide dissemination within their Unit/Age.
The same file will also be available on the General Secretariat website, and through a search system, voters will be able to check their name on the voting list. The COC also informs that in December preliminary voting lists were sent for conference by the Units. DGRH carried out an analysis of each situation highlighted to make possible corrections.
Any appeals relating to the composition of the lists must be filed with the General Secretariat by 17:30 pm on 21.02.17/16/16, as, as established in Resolution Consu-A-17/30, the Commission will deliberate on the appeals by 22.02.17:XNUMX pm on XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX .
The Commission also informs that the lists of students will be published in the same way, on 23.02.17/XNUMX/XNUMX.
