The Permanent Commission for Unicamp Entrance Exams (Comvest) is publishing information on its website (www.comvest.unicamp.br), the list of those called in the third call for the Unicamp 2017 Entrance Exam. All those called in the third call must register in person on February 23, from 9 am to 12 noon, on their respective campuses, as indicated in the Candidate Manual: at Faculty of Dentistry (FOP), in Piracicaba. At the Faculty of Technology, in Limeira. At the Faculty of Applied Sciences (FCA), in Limeira and other courses on the Unicamp campus in Campinas, according to the table available on the Comvest page.
Enrollment Confirmation
On March 2, all candidates already enrolled in the first three calls, including those awaiting relocation, must confirm their enrollment, on their respective campuses, from 9 am to 16 pm (entrants in evening courses will be able to confirm their enrollment from 18 pm to 21 pm ). Attention: registration will only be guaranteed after confirmation on the stipulated date and time, otherwise it will be definitively cancelled.
Declaration of Interest
Important: between March 3rd and 6th, candidates who have not yet been called up to and including the third call must declare their interest in vacancies, online, on the Comvest page. Failure to declare interest eliminates the candidate from the call process for the next Unicamp 2017 Entrance Exam calls.
The fourth call will be announced on March 8th (until 23:59 pm) and registration for those called on this list must be carried out on March 10th. The complete call and registration calendar is available on the Comvest website and in the Candidate Handbook. Comvest emphasizes that it is the responsibility of each candidate to inform themselves about the call lists. Up to 10 calls are planned.
Enrollment in second option
The candidate called for their second option, in any call for the Unicamp 2017 Entrance Exam, must opt exclusively for one of the following situations:
I – Attend to register for which you were invited, on the date, time and place as announced, maintaining interest in future relocation to the first option course, which may occur during the calls;
II – Attend to register for which you were called, on the date, time and place as announced, irrevocably giving up any possible reassignment to the course of your first option that could occur during the calls;
III – Failure to show up to register for which you were invited, irrevocably losing the right to a place in the second option course. The candidate will continue, in accordance with the entrance exam rules, to compete for a place in the first option course.
The guidelines and documents required for enrollment are available in the Candidate Handbook and on the Comvest website. Those invited from the second call who studied subjects in other Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) must request equivalence or use of studies, in person, at the Academic Directorate-DAC from 12pm to 16:30pm. DAC has provided a tutorial to guide this procedure:
