Pharmaceuticals, measurement and chemical engineering lead technological domains at Unicamp

The technological maturity of an environment that stimulates research and innovation is demonstrated, among other factors, by the successful exchange between different areas of knowledge. At Unicamp (State University of Campinas), this indicator is reflected in the portfolio of 1.042 active patents which, over the years, have demonstrated greater interdisciplinarity in the technologies registered by the university with the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property). Aware of this, the Innovation Agency created, especially for the week in which Intellectual Property Day is celebrated, a ranking with the ten main technological domains in Unicamp's patent portfolio.
