This answer will be the theme of the Workshop How to Publish with Nature Journals?, which will take place in the auditorium of the Institute of Economics (IE) at Unicamp on the 19th, from 14:30 pm to 16 pm. Representing Nature Communications, parasitologist Ripudaman K. Bains will address the journals' editorial process Nature and will give tips on how to publish articles. The workshop is organized by the Dean of Research (PRP) and Springer Nature.
Ripudaman previously worked at the magazine Genome biology. He completed a PhD at University College London on human genetic diversity in sub-Saharan Africa. His master's degree was in medical parasitology from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, passing through the Philippine Research Institute for Tropical Medicine, where he carried out research on the epidemiology of malaria on the island of Palawan. Currently, he is responsible for the content of the Nature in the areas of Microbiology & Immunology.
The event will be taught entirely in English, with no simultaneous translation. It is free and is mainly of interest to teachers and researchers. The capacity of the IE auditorium is for 150 people.
