The Neuro-Stroke Program of the Department of Neurology at FCM seeks volunteers for Physiotherapy, Virtual Rehabilitation and Stroke research to evaluate the effects of using Virtual Reality (VR) on patients who have sequelae caused by a stroke. The project aims to study patients between 45 and 70 years old and will offer free physiotherapeutic care at the HC Neurology outpatient clinic.
The study will be conducted by a multidisciplinary team made up of neurologists, physiotherapists and physicists, who will use Virtual Reality (VR) software technology, aimed at motor and neurofunctional rehabilitation. The objective is to benefit patients who require medium and long-term physical rehabilitation treatments, such as those who suffer from a stroke. More on the HC page
