São Paulo universities discuss how to improve research management

In the assessment of Munir Skaf, dean of research at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), some of the fundamental actions to professionalize the management of research projects are prospecting for funding in national and international notices, assisting in the preparation of proposals, development and accountability of the project and the protection of the resulting intellectual property.

Universities in São Paulo have experience in each of these topics. What is missing, however, is an articulation between these axes, he assessed.
