Unicamp's Hospital de Clínicas (HC) will be the first SUS hospital in the country to make available to patients the latest global technology in endovascular angiography with the INFX-8000C equipment with Toshiba's hybrid table. The official delivery took place this Friday (11). The structure was assembled in a room called the endovascular suite in the surgical center and the resources came from the Specialized Care Network Structuring Program of the Ministry of Health. The ceremony took place at the HC Superintendence.
Acquired with an investment of R$ 2.121.100,00, the hemodynamic intervention suite has specific ultrasound equipment. "Our suite is one of the most advanced of its kind in the country and the new technology represents an advance for patients, as the precision and speed of image acquisition during minimally invasive procedures will be one of the main differentiators in the quality of the equipment" , explains professor Ana Terezinha Guillaumon, head of the Vascular Diseases Discipline at FCM.
