Unicamp loses José Fernando Gregori Faigle, retired Chemistry professor

Professor José Fernando Gregori Faigle, retired from the Department of Physical Chemistry at the Institute of Chemistry (IQ) at Unicamp, since 2009, passed away on December 23, in Campinas. With a doctorate from the University of São Paulo (USP), Faigle was 68 years old and left behind five children. He entered the teaching career at Unicamp in 1978. He was associate director of IQ in the 1990s, under the management of professor Paulo José Samenho Moran.
