LQES NEWS Former student nominated and named Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry

Aldo Zarbin, current president of the Brazilian Chemical Society (SBQ) ​and professor at the Department of Chemistry at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), was named fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He dHe completed his master's degree (1993) and doctorate (1997) at the Solid State Chemistry Laboratory at Unicamp, working, respectively, with antimoniates and the incorporation of organometallic compounds and polymers into porous glasses.
