Singer and composer Lobão was at Unicamp in 1986, the year in which he released one of his main albums: “Rock Wrong”. At the height of his rock'n'roll career, he was invited to sing at the university for the “Turnê Universitária” project. TV Unicamp, then the Communication Center, recorded the presentation lasting around 40 minutes. Thirty-two years later, the unreleased material was reissued and is part of the new season of the program #BaúUnicamp. The series aims to rescue cultural and artistic moments from the university, preserved in the collection. This year's editions feature Dominguinhos, Capital Inicial, Lobão, Gilberto Gil (with Jorge Mautner) and Hermeto Paschoal. Between the 80s and 90s, shows with renowned artists took place at the university within projects such as “Aquarela do Brasil” and “Turnê Universitária”, the latter with support from Banco do Brasil. The work, developed by the TV Unicamp Production team, in partnership with the Archive, involved graphic arts, video production, content research, selection of excerpts and, especially, processing of images, still produced on VHS.
