The Unicamp Permanent Entrance Exam Committee (Comvest) opened on May 14, the registration period for the workshop “Writing in the Unicamp Vestibular”, about the characteristics of the test applied by the University. The workshop is aimed at Portuguese/Writing teachers in primary and secondary schools, and undergraduate (Languages, Linguistics and Literary Studies) and postgraduate (Languages and Linguistics) students. Interested parties must register exclusively online, at www.comvest.unicamp.br, until 17 p.m. May 18. Spaces are limited and filled in order of registration. The workshop will be held on the day June 16 (Saturday) from 9 am to 17 pm, on the Unicamp campus, in Campinas.
Teachers from private and public education networks, as well as undergraduate students enrolled in their final year and postgraduate studies, all linked to the area of language, may register. The registration fee is 60 reais for students and teachers in public schools and 120 reais for teachers in private schools. 340 vacancies will be offered, including:
120 for public school teachers;
120 for private school teachers;
100 for undergraduate or postgraduate students.
Holding the workshop reflects Comvest's concern with publicizing the characteristics of its test to the external community, due to the importance of writing in its exam. The Unicamp Writing test will be presented and participants will also be able to find out what the correction criteria are. The workshop is an opportunity for teachers to learn about and understand the test and be able to better prepare their students for the Unicamp Entrance Exam.
Information about the workshop can be obtained by calling: (19) 3521-1783 or via email: Oficina@comvest.unicamp.br
