CRUESP Notice No. 02/2018
São Paulo, June 7, 2018
The Council of Rectors of São Paulo State Universities (Cruesp), in a meeting held with the Forum of the Six today, maintains its proposal for a 1,5% adjustment, starting on May 1st, in the salaries of technical and administrative and teaching staff of the three Institutions.
Cruesp also proposed jointly monitoring the budgetary and financial situation of Universities throughout the second semester, considering the uncertain scenario that the country is going through.
Responding to items on the general agenda of demands, Cruesp also proposed the creation of two working groups: one to deal with specific issues related to CLT employees and the other related to the issue of social security.
The specific items on the unified agenda of demands will be discussed within each University.
Cruesp accepted the Forum's suggestion to hold a new meeting, scheduled for June 13th, at 16 pm, reiterating its willingness to maintain dialogue with the academic community and its representations.
