The Women's Hospital - Caism was the target, on the morning of this Monday (29), of two actions that attracted the public to the institution in the context of the Pink October event: a day of beauty with the participation of Salão Espaço Di Rizzi, Odonto Magic and François Cosmétiques, as well as a ribbon bow workshop from the company Fitas Progresso.
Actor Anderson Di Rizzi came from São Paulo to Unicamp to honor the Caism event in a very particular way. He has been the owner of Espaço Di Rizzi, in Jardim Guanabara, for 13 years, and brought his team to do haircuts, hairstyles and nails for patients. Hospital employees also received facials.
Di Rizzi commented that he is very happy to know Caism and to be able to participate in this action dedicated to patients. “The least we could do was bring love, affection, attention and beauty to these fighters. I left São Paulo just to come here in person and give these women my hug.”
He took photographs, signed autographs, gave interviews to three TV stations and spoke to those who approached him to find out about his career. He also made a point of participating in the ribbon bow workshop, alongside the patients.
The actor was born in Campinas, the city where his family still lives, in Jardim Interlagos. The actor, hired by Rede Globo, has just participated in the film I'm ryca 2 and is showing at Teatro do Masp with the play A kiss from Franz Kafka until December 2nd. His last novel was It's a Good World!, in which the hillbilly Zé dos Porcos lived.

The company Fitas Progresso offered a tiara workshop to cancer patients and companions who underwent radio and chemotherapy sessions at Caism today. More than 30 women participated in this activity and received kits with tiaras, ribbon bows, stones and accessories. Each kit distributed costs around R$10,00 and the finished work can cost around R$50,00.
This company, whose headquarters are in Nova Odessa, also carries out social actions through the Solidarity Club (crafts and donations) and, as a result, has just signed a new partnership with Caism. The group committed to coming to the hospital every month to offer themed workshops, “real therapy classes”, revealed Margarete Garcia, responsible for the club. “We will also teach the Volunteer Group how to make labels for the products they sell in favor of mastectomized women.”
Patient Geraci de Oliveira, immersed in the activity of making her own bow, stated that this work is a great distraction for people waiting for care. She said that next January she will undergo surgery and that she is confident in the result, “as the service at Caism is the best in the region”.
