The Permanent Commission for Unicamp Entrance Exams (Comvest) is publishing the list of candidates for enrollment in the 2019 Remaining Vacancies process (in courses without Specific Skills tests). The list has 38 successful candidates. Candidates must register on the following days January 23rd and 24th, at the Academic Board (DAC), from 9am to 11am and from 13pm to 16pm, on the Unicamp campus in Campinas.
There will still be evidence of Specific Skills (carried out together with candidates from the Unicamp 2019 Entrance Exam) for candidates for the following courses: Visual Arts and Dance. The tests will be in Campinas, between January 21st and 25th, 2019.
At the time of registration, the documents listed below must be submitted in certified copies or accompanied by the originals. Documents issued via the internet without electronic authentication will not be accepted.
I.Secondary school leaving certificate;
II. Birth or marriage certificate;
III. Identity card or passport or cards issued by Orders or Councils recognized by law or driver's licenses that contain the candidate's photo;
IV. CPF;
V. Voter registration card for Brazilians over 18 years of age;
VI. Reservist certificate or certificate of military enlistment or certificate of enrollment in Reserve Officer Preparation Centers (CPOR) or Reserve Officer Preparation Centers (NPOR) for male Brazilians over 18 years of age;
VII. Complete academic record, with the completion of the 2nd academic period of 2018, containing grades, credit units and/or respective workloads for the subjects studied, except for students on undergraduate courses at Unicamp;
VIII. Detailed programs of the subjects studied and approved at the end of the 2nd academic period of 2018, duly stamped and signed by the HEIs of origin, except for students on undergraduate courses at Unicamp. The signatures on the subject programs must be identified, at least on the last page of each program (stamp of the official responsible for issuing the program);
IX. Only for holders of a higher education diploma: certified copy or accompanied by the original of the following documents: registered diploma, academic transcript, detailed course programs, with approval in the transcript (as requested in the previous section), as well as the documents contained in sections II , III and IV.
Students graduated from Unicamp from 2003 onwards and current undergraduate students do not need to submit the above documents. Although they do not need to present academic documentation, they must appear to sign the attendance list.
The result of utilization of studies and enrollment in subjects, of all approved candidates, will take place on the days February 19 and 20, 2019.
Unicamp offered 879 places in various undergraduate courses. Students from other national or foreign HEIs signed up for the process; holders of a duly recognized diploma from a higher education course different from the intended course and students regularly enrolled in Unicamp undergraduate courses, with an intended course different from their own course.
