“Cultivando Hortas” completes two years at Enactus Limeira

Since 2017, farmers in the city of Limeira have had weekly visits, workshops on various topics and guidance on managing and marketing the products they grow. University students invested in the idea of ​​helping these rural workers develop their businesses, using academic knowledge through the “Cultivating Gardens” extension project.

Continuing the series of reports on Social Entrepreneurship, TV Unicamp (SEC) will be publishing, starting this week, another initiative by the student organization Enactus Unicamp Limeira. Enactus is a non-profit university network, present in 36 countries, which provides actions and projects within society with a focus on training communities, exchanging knowledge and financial autonomy for participants.
