Launched on October 18, 2017, at Unicamp, the book Voices and silencing in Mariana: crime or environmental disaster? It was published by Jornal da Unicamp in 2018, divided into chapters. The trajectory and consequences of the spill of tailings from the Fundão dam, in Mariana (MG), on November 5, 2015, is the theme on which the work delves deeper with research, interviews, reports, chronicles, poetry and different forms of approaches. Among the topics covered, the inefficiency of Brazilian environmental policy stands out, which contributed to yet another tragedy, perhaps of even greater proportions, this time in Brumadinho.
