Unicamp publishes list of those approved for the second phase of the 2020 Entrance Exam

The Permanent Commission for Unicamp Entrance Exams (Comvest) is publishing the list of candidates approved in the first phase of the Unicamp 2020 Entrance Exam, together with the test sites of the second phase. The list is available on the Comvest website (www.comvest.unicamp.br). The test locations are informed individually, when consulting the list of successful candidates, using the candidate's registration number or name. 13.589 candidates are approved for the second phase. This year, 66.833 candidates took the first phase test, held on November 17th. When entering through the Unicamp Entrance Exam, 2.570 places are offered in 69 undergraduate courses at Unicamp. Comvest is also making available the cut notes per course and the table with the candidate-vacancy relationship for the second phase. Already the notes obtained by candidates in the first phase will be available on the internet, from the day December 19, 2019.

Comvest emphasizes that candidates should pay attention to the test locations that are being announced, as they will not necessarily be the same where the candidate completed the first phase. In addition to the locations, there are also city ​​change in the cases indicated in the table below:

Second stage
The second phase will be carried out in January 12th and 13th, 2020. The 2nd phase consists of tests with essay questions. Each essay question is worth four points, each containing two items, worth two points each. The tests follow the following distribution:

First day - tests common to all candidates.
– Writing test (consisting of two text proposals for the candidate to choose and execute only one proposal);
– Portuguese Language and Portuguese Language Literature test, with eight questions;
– two interdisciplinary questions in English.

Second day - tests common to all candidates:
– Mathematics test with six questions;
– interdisciplinary Human Sciences test with two questions;
– interdisciplinary Natural Sciences test with two questions;

Second day - specific knowledge tests (PCE), depending on the course option:

– candidates from the area of Biological Sciences/Health: six questions from Biology and six questions from Chemistry;
– candidates from the area of Exact/Technological Sciences: six questions from Physics and six questions from Chemistry;
– candidates from the area of Human Sciences/Arts: six questions from Geography and six questions from History, covering Philosophy and Sociology content.

Unicamp will apply the tests for the second phase of the 2020 Entrance Exam in the following cities: Bauru, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Campinas, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Guarulhos, Jundiaí, Limeira, Mogi Guaçu, Osasco, Piracicaba, Presidente Prudente, Ribeirão Preto, Salvador, Santos, São Bernardo do Campo, São Carlos, São José do Rio Preto, São José dos Campos, São Paulo and Sorocaba.

The Specific Skills Tests for the Architecture and Urbanism, Performing Arts, Visual Arts and Dance courses will be taken between January 20th and 24th, 2020, in Campinas.

The first call will be announced on 10 of February and those invited to this call must register non-face-to-face (via the internet) on the day February 11, exclusively on the Comvest website, in a specific form.
