Judges from the regions of Campinas and Barueri donate more than R$1 million to HC Unicamp

A group of judges from the 4th Judiciary Administrative Region (RAJ) of Campinas and Barueri has so far donated more than R$1 million to Unicamp's Hospital de Clínicas (HC) to combat Covid-19. The donation initiative arose after the publication, by the National Council of Justice (CNJ), of the Resolution 313/2020. In your art. 9th, the Resolution authorizes and guides the courts to allocate resources arising from serving a penalty of monetary benefit, criminal transaction and conditional suspension of proceedings in criminal actions for the acquisition of medical materials and equipment to be used by health professionals in combat of the Covid-19 pandemic.
