High-fidelity mannequin is used in Covid-19 care simulation

Discover in this report the #SimMan 3G, the high-fidelity mannequin that is helping health professionals from Unicamp and the City of Campinas, to better serve patients suspected of having Covid-19. The equipment is similar to a robot and was loaned by the company Laerdal. The training is being offered at the Faculty of Medical Sciences (FCM) at Unicamp. The classes simulate caring for a patient who needs to be intubated. The person responsible for the training is Thiago Martins, medical professor in the Emergency Department at the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Unicamp.
