O Mobile Group, an ecosystem of leading technology companies in Latin America, is launching another edition of Mobile Dream, its internship and young talent program. With more than 100 vacancies for all the companies that make up the Movile ecosystem (iFood, Sympla, PlayKids, Zoop, Wavy, MovilePay, in addition to Movile itself), the program seeks to find the companies' future leaders and bring more diversity to the Group . Registration closes until October 11th.
“We learned a lot from the Mobile Dream 2020 edition and now we want to make an even better program, creating a positive experience for all candidates and contributing to the development of everyone, even those who is not selected”, says Matheus Fonseca, Employer Branding coordinator at Movile Group. “In addition, the program remains fully focused on hiring and accelerating diverse people,” he adds. The last edition of Mobile Dream had more than 25.000 people registered and 60 hires, 46% of whom were women, 40% were black people and 25% were people from the LGBTQI+ community.
Even more technological than the previous version, as it is carried out 100% online, the program will rely on the help of robots, gamification and Artificial Intelligence to provide many experiences. Registration and initial tests will be carried out through a fully gamified platform, which will guide the candidates' entire journey, applying a logic and cultural fit test, asking questions about their history and experiences, in addition to answering questions about the process. Candidates will receive mentoring throughout the selection process.
At the end of October, the Movile Experience takes place, a live group stage, with the aim of promoting integration between participants, as well as immersion in the Group's culture and business. Those selected begin working in January 2021. Among the vacancies, there are positions for São Paulo, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, as well as some for 100% remote work.
The entire selection will be made blindly: photos and information such as age, gender, course and educational institution will be withheld from the evaluators, to avoid possible bias in decisions, even if unconscious. The use of a camera during interviews and processes is also not mandatory. English is not a prerequisite – the company offers a language scholarship to those selected in the program.
