Governor ensures the completeness of Fapesp resources in 2021

Governor João Doria informed today (25/11) that there will be no application of the Decoupling of State and Municipal Budgetary Revenue (DREM) to transfers from the State Treasury to FAPESP.

“On the contrary, we established a productive meeting yesterday at Palácio dos Bandeirantes to join forces in investments in research, science and technology”, stated the governor after the signing ceremony for companies to join the IPT Open Experience, held at the Research Institute Technological.

“It is a wise decision to direct resources towards the development of the State of São Paulo based on science and technology”, stated Marco Antonio Zago, president of FAPESP who participated in the ceremony at IPT. “I greatly appreciate your political and practical insight into this issue.”
