A second phase of the Unicamp 2021 Entrance Exam will be held in the next February 8nd and 9rd, in 22 cities across the country, the capitals being Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Salvador and São Paulo, and 16 other cities in São Paulo. They are approved to do the second phase, 15.470 candidates. When entering the 2021 Entrance Exam, 3.237 places are offered in 69 undergraduate courses at Unicamp. Comvest will use 715 rooms to apply the tests, which means more than double the number last year. To respect distancing, there will be an average of 20 candidates per room.

Candidates are advised to arrive at the test site at 12 noon (Brasília time), as access to the test locations will be permitted until 13 pm (Brasília time). Candidates who arrive in advance are advised not to crowd in the entrances and maintain social distancing of at least 1,5 meters until entering the test rooms. It is mandatory to wear a mask in all spaces.

What to bring to the test
Candidates must bring hand sanitizer and extra masks, in case they need to be changed during the test. They must bring the original of the identity document indicated in the registration, black pens in transparent material, black pencil, eraser. The use of a transparent ruler and compass will be permitted. The use of cell phones or any other electronic equipment is prohibited., type watches SmartWatch, liquid concealer, mechanical pencil, highlighter pen, cap, hat, or other foreign-proof materials. The candidate may use a watch to keep track of time, but all watches must be placed on the floor, next to the desk.
It is allowed: water, juices, sweets, wearing shorts and light clothing. Candidates will be able to drink water/juices in the room and eat, lowering their mask for a short period of time and keeping their distance.
During the 2nd phase tests, the civil identification procedure of candidates, by verifying the identity document indicated in the Registration Form and collecting signature, fingerprints and / or facial identification.
Second stage
The second phase will be carried out in February 8th and 9th, 2021, lasting five hours in each day. Candidates will be able to leave the premises at 15pm. The second phase consists of tests with essay questions. The tests have a common part for all candidates and a diverse part, according to the area of knowledge of the course chosen in the 1st option (Biological Sciences/Health; Exact/Technological Sciences, Human Sciences/Arts). Each essay question is worth four points, each containing two items, worth two points each. The tests follow the following distribution:
First day - tests common to all candidates.
– Writing test (consisting of two text proposals for the candidate to choose and execute only one proposal);
– Portuguese Language and Portuguese Language Literature test, with eight questions;
– two interdisciplinary questions in English.
Second day - tests common to all candidates:
– Mathematics test with six questions;
– interdisciplinary Human Sciences test with two questions;
– interdisciplinary Natural Sciences test with two questions;
Second day - specific knowledge tests (PCE), depending on the course option:
– candidates from the area of Biological Sciences/Health: six questions from Biology and six questions from Chemistry;
– candidates from the area of Exact/Technological Sciences: six questions from Physics and six questions from Chemistry;
– candidates from the area of Human Sciences/Arts: six questions from Geography and six questions from History, covering Philosophy and Sociology content.

Specific Skills Tests for the Architecture and Urban Planning, Performing Arts, Visual Arts and Dance courses will be held on the following days February 11 and 12, 2021, in Campinas.
